We are a medical office that can also provide affordable, level 1 medical care for $50.00
Comprehensive, integrative & preventative care!

A simple ear or urinary tract infection that can require prescription for an antibiotic (natural or pharmaceutical) requiring less than 20 minutes is a level 1 medical care. If you have no insurance and can pay at the time of your visit you can qualify for a TOS (time of service) discount.

$50 Level 1 medical care
$25 -Urinalysis and $25 pregnancy tests
$25 -Antibiotic Injection
$15 -B-12 injections
$10 -trigger point Injection/point
Free blood pressure checks!

Weight loss plans from $85 and $50 per month. HCG diet plan also available.

Affordable prepaid plans for Level 1 care are available as follows:

Services included in prepaid plan: Comprehensive initial visit and Family Practice type outpatient visits, including health maintenance, walk-in immediate care.

Excludes: X-rays, blood work, Gyn exams, pap smears, Naturopathic extended visits, medications/supplements, services not provided at our office.

Refunds: The following fees will be assessed before the issuing of a refund for the prepaid plan: Management Fee $50, Initial Visit $100, Follow-up visits $40 per visit, $10 per month monthly maintenance plan.

We are committed in gentle and effective medical care with a caring and competent physician. We are not an emergency or urgent care center.
Level 1 care is a simple medical visit that requires max of 20 minutes of care.
